Counter Culture Studio is thrilled to unveil the transformation of a quintessential 1950s brick house into a contemporary haven, meticulously designed to host and entertain. The original structure, a modest 1,427 square feet with two bedrooms and a single bathroom, has undergone a full gut remodel, blossoming into a spacious 3,414 square foot abode. The new design includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and ample areas for social gatherings. This renovation not only enhances the functionality of the space but also elevates the homeowners' ability to entertain large groups of 20-30 people comfortably within the home's inviting interior and exterior settings.

Embracing the challenge of creating a modern and adventurous home that harmonizes with its neighborhood, Counter Culture Studio has skillfully preserved the home's original brickwork and gable roof. These elements have been thoughtfully integrated throughout the project, with the addition of rooftop decks and dormers, and an increased roof pitch to accommodate a second floor.
